4 Elements Hookah Lounge was born out of the shared vision of two old friends, Sefton Percival and Phil Morgan (both on the left) who were determined to bring a fresh and unforgettable experience to the hookah scene in Colorado Springs. Frustrated by their lopsided experiences in other establishments, they knew they could create something extraordinary. Sefton, with his British/Jamaican roots, and Phil, with his globetrotting upbringing as an Army Brat, recognized the potential of combining their multicultural influences and diverse perspectives.

With a passion for good times and quality products, they set out to create a haven where friends could gather, unwind, and indulge in the finest hookah flavors. Celebrating diversity, culture, and the art of hookah, their beautiful atmosphere invites guests to embark on a truly flavorful journey like no other.
